I founded Ascent Governance & Advisory to bring a more integrated, practical approach to governance and strategy. Too often, governance is treated as a framework rather than a driver of decision-making, and strategy is developed without full alignment to how organizations actually operate.
My work focuses on connecting these elements in environments where thoughtful governance and clear judgment matter most.
